Project Description
We successfully developed the architectural design and site layout for a modern water production factory with a production capacity of 24,000 bottles per hour. The project was designed to provide an efficient, scalable, and well-organized industrial environment that supports smooth manufacturing operations and future expansion.
The facility design focused on optimizing production workflow by creating designated areas for water treatment, bottling operations, packaging, storage, loading, and administrative activities. Special consideration was given to operational efficiency, ensuring that movement of raw materials, finished products, staff, and equipment could be carried out safely and effectively within the facility.
The factory buildings were designed with durable industrial materials and structural systems capable of supporting continuous manufacturing activities. Wide access routes and loading areas were incorporated into the site plan to improve logistics operations and facilitate the movement of trucks, forklifts, and production materials throughout the facility.
In addition to the production areas, the development includes support spaces such as administrative offices, utility sections, staff facilities, and circulation areas. The overall layout was carefully planned to ensure adequate ventilation, accessibility, safety, and ease of maintenance while meeting the operational requirements of a modern manufacturing plant.
Advanced 3D visualization and design simulations were utilized during the planning stage to provide a realistic representation of the proposed development and support informed decision-making before construction.
