We successfully executed the design, construction, and development of key facilities within a Nigerian Navy Base as part of an infrastructure improvement initiative aimed at enhancing administrative operations, personnel accommodation, and overall facility functionality.
The project involved the development of multiple structures, including administrative buildings, accommodation facilities, support infrastructure, and external works. From the initial planning and design stages through construction and finishing, the project was managed with careful attention to quality, safety, durability, and compliance with specified requirements.
The architectural and structural designs were developed to provide functional spaces that support both operational and administrative activities within the naval environment. Construction activities included site preparation, foundation works, reinforced concrete structural works, masonry construction, roofing, electrical installations, mechanical services, internal finishing, and external landscaping.
